So you do…in others. “You’re really good at ____.” “You do ____ well.” “____ is a real strength of yours.”
But how can you focus on the strengths of others without knowing yours?
Start with you. Be brave and bold. The better you can feel about what you bring to the table, the more authentically you can share what others do.
